What happens when you are in a textile art group (Reddy Arts) and someone goes on holiday and comes home smitten with her travels ?  in particular the Barcellos Cock, of which she gave us all a small version?  Why, you create a fun challenge of course !

Being in between challenges and large projects and having just held an exhibition that drained us all a little, we embarked on a fun challenge led by Jan Hutchinson of Sandgate Qld.   We each needed to recreate the male chook in our own inimitable styles.
