Tools: Patchwork Pattern Maker.
Here is a great little tool that takes your photos and changes them into patchwork and crosstitch patterns. You can upload a photo, then select the complexity, colour range, and size you like. Then this great little app will turn it into a graph like pattern with squares and 1/2 square triangles.
Here is the resulting pattern after putting the above photo through the program!
